1. Create your account

After having downloaded the Beewise app on your phone, the first step you will need to undertake is the account creation. During this process, you’ll have to share your personal information including your mobile number and email address to set up your account securely, verify your ID through a picture of your passport or ID and a selfie, and share your tax information such as your tax ID and your residential address.

2. Discover your investor profile

The second step involves setting up your investor profile by answering a series of questions regarding some personal details and your current knowledge & experience in finance. With Beewise you can invest in 5 diversified thematic portfolios, which each have three different fund profiles: conservative, balanced, and aggressive. Based on your answers, we assess what the most suitable investor profile is for you. This allows us to recommend certain fund profiles to help you make the best investment decision.

3. Create your first goal

Once your account has been created and your investor profile has been set up, you can set your first goal. This is the goal you want to achieve through a specific investment in one of our portfolios. When you create this goal, you will have to choose the goal name, your target balance, and the timeframe in which you want to achieve your goal. Once your goal details have been set up, you can choose which portfolio you want to connect your goal to. This means you will invest in that certain portfolio to reach your goal. Lastly, you’ll need to review onboarding documents. These documents include the Information Brochure and the onboarding package. Once you have gone through all pre-contract documents, you will have to confirm you have read them and sign the contract.

4. Connect your bank account

In the fourth step, you’ll be asked to connect your bank account, to ensure that with each investment you want to make you can easily transfer the requested amount to the Beewise app. To do this, you will simply need to select your bank, fill in your bank account details, and give us consent to access the necessary information to link your bank account to the app. Once all your information has been verified, your card should connect to the app and you can start funding your goals.

5. Invest towards your goals

The last step is adding funds to your goal. Firstly, you need to choose the amount you would like to invest. Based on your goal details we will suggest the best amount to reach your goal on time, but you can add as much or little funds as you’d like. Next, you can decide whether you would like to invest one time or if you would like to set up a monthly investment reminder. Lastly, you have to authorize the payment for this investment. Here, you’ll need to confirm that you have read the KIID and Investment Contract and would like to proceed, followed by your payment consent.
