Testimonial: Matteo’s experience with Beewise

Today I want to share with you about my experience with the Beewise app.

I discovered the Beewise app while surfing the net and I immediately noticed a feature that distinguishes it from most platforms: the possibility of starting to invest with small sums of money. Being able to set aside investments in this innovative app, month after month, creates some sort of small treasure

The app offers five different thematic portfolios: Breakthrough Healthcare, Environment, Future generations, Smart Cities, and Technology. For each portfolio, you can choose from three risk ranges – Conservative, Balanced, and Aggressive – and the composition of your portfolio will change based on the risk class you select, with a mix of shares and bonds.

The portfolios are managed by Azimut, a well-established financial firm in the world of asset management. The app’s interface is intuitive and user-friendly, with engaging graphics that make it easy to monitor your investments and portfolio performance.

The app also includes a Spending section, which helps you keep track of your monthly income and spending. It categorizes your expenses, allowing you to see how much you spend each week.

With the ability to monitor income and expenses, it’s easier to save more and later invest those savings in your portfolio. The app also has a “Beewise magazine” section that covers key topics in financial education, making it an interesting read.

Impressed by its features, I started using the app in October 2022. Though I encountered some difficulties while trying to connect my home banking system to the app, the Beewise Customer Service team promptly resolved them. Their Customer Service team is managed by very competent people who are always available, and have been attentive to my needs over the months. The responses that I received from the Customer Service team by email has in fact almost always been immediate (sometimes I even received answers to my requests for clarification on Sundays).

Once the onboarding process of my user account was completed and my initial difficulties were overcome, I moved on to choosing a portfolio. Having the environmental issue particularly at heart, I opted for the Environment portfolio. Every month I invest small amounts. The app also gives the possibility to set a personalized monthly investment reminder, which makes it easier for me to stay on track with my investment goal.

Speaking of the environment, another aspect that I consider commendable and noteworthy is the possibility given by the app to make donations to WeForest, an NGO that develops reforestation projects.

In conclusion, I believe that this app can be considered an excellent tool, especially for finance newbies who want to get closer to this world. I feel satisfied and I highly recommend everyone to try this investment app.
